My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall, with an amazing restaurant that offered truly memorable dishes. The event center was spacious and well-prepared for our gathering. However, the room we stayed in could definitely use some attention, particularly due to a cracked sink and slippery bathtub. The staff provided excellent service throughout our visit, making us feel well-supported.

I had a pleasant stay overall, especially enjoying the stunning views of Lake Norfork right from my room. The on-site restaurant served an amazing brunch and prime rib dinner, which were definitely highlights of my trip. However, the service regarding room cleaning and towel restocking was less than ideal, and the free breakfast offerings were too limited for my taste. The indoor pool area was nice but could use a bit more maintenance as the hot tub didn’t seem to be very warm.
